The Lumière Prime Hills project, developed by Masterise Homes, belongs to the high-end Lumière Series. It is located within the Tinh Hoa sub-zone of the Vinhomes Global Gate township (currently Đông Anh District, Hanoi).

The project covers a land area of approximately 13,335 m² (around 1.2 ha) and features two 45-storey residential towers (A1 and B1) and one office tower, along with four basement levels for parking. It offers nearly 1,800 apartments, ranging from studios to duplexes and penthouses.

The internal amenities are designed under the “Wellness Living” concept, with more than 60 green facilities, including a resort-style swimming pool, Zen garden, sky bar, gym and yoga studios, sports courts, and children’s playgrounds — all aligned with WELL and LEED standards.

Currently, Tower A1 (Cityline) and Tower B1 (Skyline) have been officially launched by Masterise Homes and are expected to be handed over in Q3/2027.
