Masteri Grand View is located within The Global City, at the junction of Do Xuan Hop and Lien Phuong streets, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by Masterise Homes.

It comprises two residential towers: Spark and Glow, each featuring one basement level, five podium levels, and 20 residential floors, offering a total of 616 apartments (308 units per tower).
