The Dragon 75 Complex Project is located in the Bac Song Cam New Urban Area, Hai Phong City. The project is invested in by DOJILAND, a member of the DOJI Gold & Gems Group, with a total investment of more than VND 7.5 trillion.

The project is a multi-functional complex developed on a land area of nearly 2 hectares, comprising two towers: Dragon Jade 75 Tower with a height of 75 floors and Dragon Amber Residence Tower with 41 floors. Its functions include a 5-star hotel, branded residences and high-end apartments, as well as a shopping mall – restaurants – offices.

The project officially held its groundbreaking ceremony on December 19, 2025. The completion timeline has not yet been announced, and upon completion, it is expected to become the tallest building in Northern Vietnam.
