The A&T Saigon Riverside project is located in Binh Hòa Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by A&T Thuan An Urban Development Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project is built on a land area of 7,394 m², with a 40% construction density, and consists of two towers featuring 40 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels. It offers 917 apartments, 10 shophouses, 65 condotel units, and several garden penthouse units, with a total construction floor area of more than 102,000 m².

The project officially commenced construction on November 18, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
