The Ho Chi Minh City Political – Administrative Center Project is located in the Thu Thiem New Urban Area, An Khanh Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, with the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City as the developer.

The project is planned on a land area of approximately 7.84 hectares within a total planning area of around 50.41 hectares, comprising one main complex of approximately 26 above-ground floors and basement levels, designed under an open-space concept, integrated with the central square, park, and central lake, providing workspace for approximately 6,000 officials and civil servants.

The project is expected to commence in Q2/2026, following the completion of the 1/500 detailed planning and investment preparation procedures, with the completion timeline yet to be announced.
