The Thien Nhan International Hospital Project is located at land lot A2-2 in An Hoa 4 Residential Area, Son Tra Ward, Da Nang City, and is developed by Thien Nhan Medical Joint Stock Company as the investor.

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 9,525 m², comprising 8 above-ground floors and providing 345 international-standard hospital beds. The development includes various medical facilities and specialized centers such as the Cardiology & Stroke Center and the High-Tech Ophthalmology Center, among others, with a total gross floor area of approximately 31,387 m².

The project is expected to commence construction in early 2026 and is scheduled for completion and operation in 2028.
