The An Cựu Premium Tower project is located on Road No. 7, An Đông Ward, Huế City, (within An Cựu City Urban Area, which has a total area of approximately 32.2 hectares). The project is developed by IMG Huế Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor.

The project is a mixed-use complex of a 5-star hotel and high-end residential apartments, comprising two towers:

• One residential apartment tower with 35 above-ground floors,
• One hotel tower with 22 above-ground floors,
  along with three basement levels.

The total gross floor area is approximately 85,000 square meters, complemented by a 17,000-square-meter multifunctional park surrounding the complex.

The project is scheduled to break ground in early 2026 and expected to be completed by the end of 2028.
