The Cái Mép Industrial Gas Plant is located in the Cái Mép Industrial Park, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu (now Ho Chi Minh City). The project is jointly invested by PVChem (Vietnam) and Messer (Germany), with a total investment of USD 37 million.

This industrial manufacturing project plays an essential role in supplying gas products for factories, chemicals, healthcare, and processing industries. With a designed capacity of 200,000 tons of industrial gases per year, it is among the largest-scale industrial gas projects in the southern region.

The investment cooperation agreement was signed on November 11, 2025, with groundbreaking expected in Q3/2026 and completion in Q3/2028.
