The Phuc Son Industrial Park project is located in Quang Trung Commune, formerly part of Bac Giang Province (now under Bac Ninh Province), and is developed by Le Delta Joint Stock Company. Phuc Son Industrial Park has a total planned area of 123.94 hectares and an estimated investment of VND 1,836 billion. Priority industries include: agricultural and forestry product processing; food processing; mechanical engineering and machinery manufacturing; electronic components; packaging; and modern, environmentally friendly supporting industries.

The Que Vo II Industrial Park (Phase 2) project is located in Phu Lang Commune, Que Vo District, Bac Ninh Province, and is developed by Nhan Dat Tien Co., Ltd. Que Vo II (Phase 2) has a total planned area of 285.67 hectares and an estimated investment of VND 2,991 billion. Priority industries include: electronics and telecommunications; pharmaceuticals and biotechnology; supporting industries; new materials; processing and manufacturing; clean/renewable energy; high technology; and clean, environmentally friendly industries.

The groundbreaking ceremony for both industrial parks is expected to take place on December 19, 2025.
