The Que Lam 4F Organic Circular Ecological Agricultural Economic Complex is located in Cam Xuyen Commune, Ha Tinh Province, and is developed by Que Lam Lam Hong Organic Agriculture One Member Company Limited, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,276 billion (approximately USD 49 million).

The project is developed on a land area of nearly 47 hectares and follows the 4F circular economy model (Farm – Food – Feed – Fertilizer). It comprises five modern production and processing plants, livestock farming facilities, fruit-growing areas, a high-tech nursery, and synchronized technical infrastructure, with the aim of establishing a closed-loop organic agricultural value chain from production and processing to distribution and consumption.

The project is expected to break ground in Q4 2026 and is scheduled for completion after 30 months of construction.
