The Social Housing Project for Trade Union Members is located in the Hoa Hiep 3 resettlement area, Hai Van Ward, Da Nang, and is invested by the Project Management Board of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, with a total investment of over 620 billion VND.

With a construction density of 40%, the project includes three 10-storey apartment blocks with a total floor area of approximately 50,727 m². It is designed to serve workers/laborers, especially trade union members and employees working in industrial zones.

The project has completed the 1/500 detailed planning, is expected to begin construction in early 2026, and is projected to be completed in 2028.
