Proposed Hanoi Twin Towers 99 Project in Hanoi

The Hanoi Twin Towers 99 Project is proposed for 5–7 Dao Duy Anh Street, Hanoi, and will be developed by a consortium comprising Kim Lien Tourism Joint Stock Company, Thaiholdings Joint Stock Company, and Thai Son Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (a member of Vingroup), with a total investment of approximately USD 3.0–3.5 billion.

The project will be developed on a 34,936 m² site and will feature two 99-storey twin towers with 6 basement levels, reaching a height of 568 m and providing a total gross floor area of approximately 880,000 m² (excluding the basement floors). The mixed-use development will comprise an international convention center, performing arts center, casino, shopping mall, Grade A office space, six-star hotel, and high-end residential units.

The project is scheduled to commence construction on 2 September 2026 and is expected to be completed between Q3 and Q4 of 2030.
