The Golden Hills Eco-Urban Area (KITA DARENA BAY) is located in Lien Chieu and Hai Van Wards, Da Nang City with Trung Nam Corporation serving as the Investor and KITA Group Corporation as the project developer. The project has a total investment of approximately VND 15,468 billion (USD 600 million).

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 335 ha, with a vision of becoming a multi-functional eco-urban area. Under the adjusted development plan, the project will include 3,020 low-rise housing units, comprising 1,717 townhouses and 1,303 villas, with a total floor area of approximately 1.41 million m².

The project was officially re-launched on October 3, 2026 and scheduled to be completed by 4th quarter 2034.
