The Residential, Commercial, and Service Complex project is being developed by Vĩnh Hoàng Trading & Service Co., Ltd. at 38 Hồ Đắc Di, An Cựu Ward, Hue City.

The project covers a land area of 14,645 m², comprising 42 five-story shophouses and a 12-story commercial center. Designed with a modern master plan and unified architecture, this development is considered one of the key projects in central Hue City, expected to become both an architectural highlight and a vibrant commercial hub in An Cựu Ward.

Currently, the construction of 42 shophouses is underway, with handover scheduled for the end of 2025.
