The The Park Avenue Project is located at the corner of 3/2 Street and Le Dai Hanh Street, Ward 15, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City, and is invested in by Novaland Group.

The project is developed on a land area of 9,000 m², with a building density of 30%, comprising two towers with 32 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels. The project will provide 865 units, including apartments, officetel units, and a shophouse podium.

The project officially restarted construction of the superstructure on December 28, 2025, and is expected to be completed in Q4 2027.
