The S.I.S Center is being developed at Lot E5-1, D1 Street, within the Saigon Hi-Tech Park, on a land area of approximately 11,389.7 m², with a total gross floor area of 3,200 m². The project consists of 16 above-ground floors and 1 basement level.

The S.I.S Center is envisioned as a high-tech medical hub specializing in stroke diagnosis and treatment, while also serving as a center for research, professional training, technology transfer, and collaboration with hospitals and research institutes both domestically and internationally. It will provide healthcare services that meet international standards, supported by state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

The project has already completed the basement structure and is progressing with further construction, with operations expected to commence in Q2 2027.
