The Searee Industrial Building (SIB) project is located in the Hoa Khanh Expanded Industrial Park, Da Nang City, and is developed by Searee Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation.

The project is built on a land area of 3,737 m², with a scale of 5 above-ground floors and 1 semi-basement, offering a total gross floor area of 8,690 m². It is designed in accordance with LEED standards and FM Approved certification, while also adopting the EDGE “green building” standards. As one of the first multi-story industrial buildings in Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, the development represents a pioneering model of vertical industrial facilities.

The project is currently in the final stage of completing pile caps and foundation beams, and is expected to be operational from Q1/2026.
