The Social Housing project at the Thanh Hai Resettlement Area, located in Bao An Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, is jointly developed by Sao Bien Real Estate Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Hoang Quan Group as the investors, with a total investment capital of over VND 1,136 billion.

The project covers a land area of 19,150 m², comprising four 15-story towers, delivering 1,352 apartments designed with modern, smart architecture. The building façades adopt a minimalist style, aligned with ESG + Smart standards.

Construction officially commenced on August 19, 2025, and the project is expected to be completed by Q3/2027.
