The Social Housing Project North of Tran Phu Street, Ward 9 (now Tuy Hoa Ward) is located in Tuy Hoa Ward, Dak Lak Province. The project is developed by HTL Vietnam Investment, Construction & Real Estate Business Joint Stock Company as the Investor, with a total investment of VND 548 billion.

The project is implemented on a land area of 8,236 square meters, featuring one 13-storey apartment building and providing 480 apartment units.

The project was officially commenced on December 19, 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2027.
