The Solina Vung Tau project is located on D5 Street, Long Cung Beach, Rach Dua Ward, Vung Tau City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province (now Ho Chi Minh City). The project is developed by C-Holdings through Thuy Tien Ba Ria – Vung Tau Company as the investor.

The project covers a land area of 1.3 hectares with a construction density of 38%, comprising two 25-storey towers and two basement levels, providing nearly 1,000 residential units along with commercial and service products (condotels and shophouses).

The project is currently in the land clearance completion stage and is expected to commence construction in Q4/2025, with completion anticipated in Q2/2028.
