The Emerald Boulevard project is located on Vinh Phu 10 Street, Vinh Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, and is developed by Le Phong Group.

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 2.8 hectares, consisting of two towers with 45 above-ground floors and three basement levels, providing 650 high-end apartments with a total construction floor area of about 99,000 m².

The project is expected to commence construction in early 2026 and is anticipated to be completed in 2028.
