On the morning of July 30, 2025, the Ho Chi Minh City State Financial Investment Company (HFIC) officially broke ground on the HFIC Commercial Office Headquarters project, located at 33 – 35 – 37 – 39 Pasteur Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project features 14 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, designed in a modern style that harmonizes with the urban landscape of the city center. It meets green architectural standards, focusing on energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2026.
