The TTC Residential Area Project (also known as Thanh Thanh Cong Residential Area) is located in An Quoi Quarter, An Hoa Ward, Trang Bang Town, Tay Ninh Province, and is developed by Saigon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (TTC Land).

The project has a total investment capital of VND 1,800 billion and covers a land area of 42 hectares. It aims to develop a fully functional urban residential community, particularly meeting the housing needs of workers in nearby industrial zones.

The project’s investment policy was approved in June 2025, and it is currently in the pre-construction preparation stage.

• Apartment complexes (including around 4,000 affordable units for workers)

• Parks, sports facilities, and schools
