The Semiconductor Packaging Technology Laboratory (Fab-Lab), developed by VSAP LAB JSC, is located within the Da Nang Information Technology Park – Software Park No. 2, Da Nang City, with a total investment of VND 1,800 billion.

The project covers a land area of 2,288 m² and consists of two main zones:

• Lab: Research & development of advanced packaging technologies.
• Fab: Pilot production on real wafers.

With a total gross floor area of 5,700 m², the facility is designed to deliver approximately 10 million products per year.

Construction officially commenced on July 28, 2025, and completion is expected in Q4/2026.
