The DMT Group Hotel Project is located on Vo Nguyen Giap Street, My An Ward, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City, developed by Da Nang Mien Trung Investment Joint Stock Company (DMT Group) as the investor.

The project features 19 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, comprising 114 hotel rooms and 58 condotel units, with a total gross floor area of 13,902 square meters.

Construction is scheduled to commence in the second quarter of 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2027.
