The An Hoa Residential Area is located in Dao Thanh Ward, Dong Thap Province, within the Hung Vuong Square planning zone. The project is developed by Thuan Phu Co., Ltd. with a total investment capital of more than VND 2,172 billion.

The development covers an area of 9.3 hectares, with a 42% construction density, and includes:

• 242 terraced houses
• 2 blocks of social housing apartments, 15 stories high, with a total floor area of more than 25,000 m², providing approximately 400 apartments.

The project commenced on September 18, 2025, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in Q1/2027.
