On September 1, 2025, the KN Cam Ranh Passenger Port Project (also known as Cam Ranh International Marina) was officially approved for investment policy by the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, with KN Holdings as the primary investor.

The project covers an area of approximately 148 hectares, including both land and sea surface, and features:

• Main wharf: 420 meters in length, directly connected to a 22,000 m² passenger terminal designed in a modern architectural style.
• Maritime channel and signaling system: comprehensively invested to meet international standards, ensuring safe and efficient operations under all weather conditions.

At present, no official information has been released regarding the construction commencement date.
