The An Phu Social Housing Project is located in Pho Yen Ward, Thai Nguyen Province, and is developed by Nhat Minh Group, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,839 billion (USD 70 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of about 2.242 hectares, consisting of 5 residential blocks and providing more than 2,100 apartment units, accommodating around 4,600 residents.

Construction officially commenced on April 28, 2026, and the project is expected to be completed in 2029.
