The stainless steel manufacturing plant project is located in Hoanh Son Ward, Ha Tinh Province, and is developed by a joint venture of Singvin Asset Management (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Land River Holdings PTE Ltd, and Son Ha Dong Nai Industrial Park Investment JSC, with a total investment of approximately VND 9,800 billion (USD 400 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 66 hectares, comprising facilities including a steelmaking plant, continuous casting and hot rolling systems, and supporting infrastructure. The plant will produce stainless steel grades 200, 300, and 400, with a production capacity of 2,000,000 tons per year, and a hot rolling line capacity of 1,950,000 tons per year.

The project was approved for investment policy in January 2026 and is planned to be implemented in two phases: Phase 1 is expected to be completed within 36 months, and Phase 2 will be completed within 36 months after the completion of Phase 1.
