The TOD Commercial Center Project is located on a land lot within the Yen Nghia Industrial Cluster, Yen Nghia Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi. The project is developed by Binh Tien Consumer Goods Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Biti’s).

The project is planned as a commercial and retail complex, developed on a land area of 21,900 square meters, comprising 5 above-ground floors and 2 basements, with a total gross floor area of approximately 83,549 square meters.

Construction of the project officially commenced on October 2, 2025, and completion is expected in 2026.
