The One Central Saigon Twin Tower Complex Project is located at the Ben Thanh Quadrangle site (fronting Pham Ngu Lao – Calmette – Le Thi Hong Gam – Pho Duc Chinh streets), District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Masterise Homes.

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 8,600 sqm, comprising two towers of 47–56 floors above ground and 6 basement levels, designed as a mixed-use complex including commercial, office, hotel, and branded residences, with a building height of approximately 235 meters.

The project resumed the finishing phase on March 14, 2026, and is expected to be completed within approximately 30 months of construction.
