The new Dong Nai Political – Administrative Center will be developed on the site of the former Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park (An Binh Ward, Bien Hoa City). Designed as a future urban landmark, the project features a well-planned layout, modern architecture, and high urban connectivity. Construction is scheduled to commence on September 2, 2025, with the vision of creating a contemporary urban space harmoniously integrated with the Dong Nai River landscape.

The project covers a total area of 105 hectares, with an estimated investment capital of VND 6,800 billion, and includes the following functional subdivisions:

• Three administrative blocks: approximately 10.47 hectares; 8 to 20 stories high.
• Convention center: approximately 3.07 hectares; 3 stories high.
• Central square: approximately 14 hectares.
• Auxiliary service areas: including education, commercial – entertainment, mixed-use services, hospital, mixed-use residential, and low-rise housing; covering about 28 hectares in total.

Infrastructure development is expected to begin in Q4/2026, the main functional subdivisions in Q2/2027, and the entire project is anticipated to be completed by late 2029.
