The Grand Marina Da Nang luxury apartment complex is located at Lot 3-4, Area A2-1, Hoa Hiep 2 Residential Area, Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City. The project is developed by BNC Land JSC with a total investment of VND 1,113 billion.

The development covers a land area of 3,441 m², featuring 34 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, with a total gross floor area of 59,436 m². Once completed, the project will provide 379 premium apartments.

Construction officially commenced in Q2/2025. The project is currently in progress with bored pile and diaphragm wall works underway and is expected to be completed in Q1/2028.
