The Green Diamond Tower – Bcons City is located on Thong Nhat Street, Dong Hoa Ward, Di An City, Binh Duong Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City), developed by Bcons Land JSC.

The project forms part of the Bcons City Complex, which spans approximately 4.4 hectares and comprises five towers: Green Topaz, Green Diamond, Green Sapphire, Green Emerald, and Bcons City Tower.

Green Diamond Tower occupies a land area of 5,819 m², featuring 27–28 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, delivering 590 residential units. The podium levels are designed to accommodate a range of facilities and services.

Currently under construction with basement level B1 in progress, the project is scheduled for handover in Q4/2026.
