The Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Force (Valenta Nguyen Xien) is located at Lot No. 16, Nghiem Xuan Yem Street, Thanh Liet Ward, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi, and is developed by VIDEC Group.

The project covers a land area of 3,500 square meters, comprising 30 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, and is expected to provide approximately 390 apartments.

Construction officially commenced on August 13, 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in Q4 2028.
This development aims to provide quality housing for officers and members of the People’s Public Security Force in Hanoi.
