The Bayfront Terrace Ha Long Project is located along Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh Province, and is developed by BIM Group as the Investor.

The project is designed as a premium commercial shophouse complex, comprising approximately 170 commercial townhouse units, featuring Spanish Mediterranean architecture with a modern, open, and resort-inspired living environment.

The project officially commenced construction on May 14, 2026, and is expected to be completed in Q4 2027.
