Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park Project in Van Xuan Ward and Diem Thuy Commune, Thai Nguyen Province
The Yen Binh Concentrated Digital Technology Park Project is located in Van Xuan Ward and Diem Thuy Commune, Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam, and is developed by Van Xuan Digital Technology Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Saigon Real Estate Corporation (Saigonres Group), with a total investment of over VND 3.5 trillion (approximately USD 134 million).
The project covers a site area of 197.61 hectares (1,976,100 m²) and is planned as a Concentrated Digital Technology Park, envisioned as a pioneering technology–urban integrated complex. It will incorporate hardware and software manufacturing zones, a Research & Development (R&D) Center, a Data Center, financial and commercial-service facilities, expert housing, education and training facilities, as well as integrated technical infrastructure. Developed under the Digital – Green – Net Zero concept, the project aims to attract enterprises in semiconductor manufacturing, artificial intelligence (AI), unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), and other high-tech industries.
The project officially broke ground on 2 July 2026. The project completion schedule has not yet been announced by the developer.
