On the morning of September 6, 2025, H&A Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company and FUTALand Real Estate Joint Stock Company officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for the H&A Residence Project, located on Vo Van Kiet Street, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City, with a total investment capital of VND 750 billion.

Situated on a bustling coastal boulevard, H&A Residence is developed on a land plot of 1,200 sqm, featuring 25 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, with a total construction floor area of over 17,000 sqm, offering 133 modern apartments.

The project is scheduled for handover in Q2/2027.
