The Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Forces is located on land plot 6.2, within the S4 zoning subdivision, on Le Trong Tan Street, Duong Noi Ward, Hanoi. The project is developed by a joint venture between Xuan Mai Company Limited and Nam Ha Noi Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 2,242 billion.

The project covers a total land area of 11,263 square meters, with a construction density of 38%. It includes three 30-story social housing buildings, providing 1,056 apartments.

The project commenced construction on August 18, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
