The Atera Central Project, a premium mixed-use development comprising commercial, service, and residential components, is located in Phố Nối B Industrial Park, Nguyễn Văn Linh Commune, Hưng Yên Province. The project is invested by SUFAT Vietnam Co., Ltd. with a total investment capital of approximately VND 2,110 billion.

Developed on a land area of 45,640 square meters, Atera Central will feature two towers with 19–21 above-ground floors and 1–2 basement levels, offering 840 high-end apartments, 72 shophouses, and 104 terraced houses.

Construction officially commenced on September 25, 2025, and the project is expected to be completed by Q2/2028.
