The Dong Phuc Industrial Park Project is located in Dong Viet Commune and Canh Thuy Ward, Bac Ninh Province, and is developed by Hoa Phat Group (HPG) with a total investment of approximately VND 3,730 billion (USD 150 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of around 354.6 hectares and is planned as a multi-sector integrated industrial park, prioritizing green and environmentally friendly industries and the application of modern technologies. Key components include a fully integrated technical infrastructure system, green spaces and water features, as well as an urban–service area of approximately 41 hectares serving experts and workers.

The project was officially commenced on 5 February 2026 and is expected to begin operations from July 2026.
