The Köcher Factory No. 2 project is located in Phu Son Industrial Park, Phu Tho Province, and is invested by KÖCHER.

The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 25,000 m² and includes manufacturing workshops, warehouses, technical facilities, and auxiliary areas, serving the production of high-end kitchen and household appliances.

The project is expected to break ground on May 7, 2026, while the completion timeline has not yet been officially announced.
