The APF Dong Nai Project is located in Nhon Trach I Industrial Park, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province, and is invested by APF Dong Nai Joint Stock Company.

The project comprises 10 industrial factory blocks along with internal infrastructure and auxiliary facilities, providing manufacturing and warehousing space, with a total gross floor area of over 122,000 m².

The project was groundbreaking on February 6, 2026, and the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
