The Eco-Tourism, Resort and Entertainment Project at Nui Chua Chan is located in Gia Ray Town and the communes of Xuan Truong, Xuan Tho, Suoi Cat, and Xuan Hiep, Xuan Loc District, Dong Nai Province. The project is developed by Sun Group, with a total estimated investment of over VND 18,000 billion.

The project is oriented to become a high-quality eco-tourism, cultural, and spiritual complex, planned on an area of approximately 107 hectares. It includes eco-resorts, hotels, resort villas, commercial–service areas, and entertainment facilities, along with key infrastructure components such as a cable car system and a mountain funicular railway.

Construction is expected to commence in early 2026 (subject to obtaining the construction permit), while the completion timeline has not yet been announced.
