The TNG Viet Bac Social Housing Project is located in Residential Area No. 1, Viet Bac Street, Tich Luong Ward, Thai Nguyen Province. The project is developed by TNG Land, with a total investment of approximately VND 1,230 billion (around USD 47.4 million).

The project is being implemented on a land area of approximately 18,900 m². It comprises two 22-storey apartment blocks with one basement level, providing around 1,029 social housing units and 26 commercial townhouse units, with a total gross floor area of approximately 70,000–75,000 m².

The project broke ground on February 23, 2026, and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028.
