The HHO-05 Social Housing Project (Hacom Galacity) is located at 120 Dien Bien Phu Street, Bac Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province. It is developed by Thành Đông Ninh Thuận Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of approximately VND 770 billion.

The project covers a land area of 5,167 square meters, comprising 23 above-ground floors and 1 basement, and will provide 528 apartments with a total gross floor area of 47,542 square meters.

Currently in the investment preparation stage, construction is expected to begin in Q1 2026 and be completed for handover in Q4 2027.
