The Bcons City Life Project is located on To Huu Street, Tan Uyen Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Bcons Group as the project developer.

The project is planned as an integrated urban township with synchronized internal amenities, developed on a land area of approximately 15 hectares and implemented in 03 phases, providing nearly 3,000 residential products including townhouses, commercial apartments, and social housing units. Specifically:

• Phase 1 (4.7 ha): 348 townhouse units – CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT
• Phase 2 (6.6 ha): 374 townhouse units and 802 social housing units
• Phase 3 (3.7 ha): 123 townhouse units and 952 commercial apartment units

The project was officially kicked off on 06/05/2026 and is expected to be completed and handed over in 2028.
