The Mixed-Use Building Project is located at No. 9 Pham Hung Street, Cau Giay Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. The project is developed by Eresson Refrigeration & Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 220 billion (USD 8.2 million).

The project is a multi-functional mixed-use building comprising office-for-lease space, commercial and service areas, residential apartments, and a hotel. It is developed on a land area of 4,950 m², with a scale of one tower of 45 above-ground floors and 5 basement levels, and a total gross floor area of over 105,000 m².

The project is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2026 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2028.
