The CT02 Project is located in Nghia Tru Commune, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province, within the Sunshine Legend City Ecological Urban Area, and is developed by Sunshine Group.

The project is implemented on a centrally located land plot within the urban area, featuring a basement area of approximately 39,990 m² and a superstructure area of approximately 295,700 m², providing residential units and service–commercial space, with a total gross floor area of approximately 335,690 m².

The project is expected to commence in Q1 2026, and the expected completion date has not yet been announced.
