The Serenity Phuoc Hai Project is located on Vo Thi Sau Street, Phuoc Hai City, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province (now Ho Chi Minh City). The project is developed by Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR), with a total investment of approximately VND 8,372 billion (around USD 350 million, based on the proposed investment scale).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 7.38 hectares, comprising one 10-storey hotel block and nine 20-storey condotel/apartment blocks, providing more than 6,300 hotel rooms and condotel units, along with shophouses and resort villas, with a total gross floor area of approximately 295,000 m².

The project’s 1/500 detailed planning was officially approved in late December 2025. Construction is expected to commence in Q2 2026 and be completed by the end of 2028.
